Their new multifunction gym will be called "Roig Arena", per Las Provincias.es.

Valencia-born billionaire businessman, Juan Roig, will provide more than €280 million budget for this project. Arena's cost will be fully covered with his personal assets.

The 73-year-old Roig's net worth was estimated at $4.4 billion (as of November 2021).

The new gym will be ready to welcome more than 15,500 fans.

It should generate more than €10 million per year for the city of Valencia.

The Roig Arena works are now in the second phase out of three.

Valencia plays at La Fonteta at this moment. It was built in 1983 and renovated in 2016. The arena has a seating capacity of 9,000 people.
