"The G League would be awesome because I’ll be playing more. Get some playing time and get in game shape and stuff, it would be pretty cool."
Although the young Serbian was selected in the first round of this year's draft, Jovic has found it hard to crack the Heat rotation so far. He's only appeared in three matches so far and has scored 6 points.
"It's a lot different than the preseason, the basketball is more physical, and I know I have to work," Jovic continued. "It's not easy. I've played and I'm happy. I'm happy that the coach sees something in me and wants to give me a chance, and it's up to me to work hard and transfer what I do in training to the court and help the team."
Heat's next game is scheduled on Monday night against the Portland Trail Blazers.
