According to Israel Hayom, the club will not allow its guard Yam Madar to leave for the Israeli national team this week.

The news come after Partizan publicly announced that they were letting the Serbian players go to the national team.

"I hope that we won't have any more problems like that in the future because the best players need to be with the national team. It's very simple," Partizan's head coach Zeljko Obradovic said about FIBA-EuroLeague relations after the match against Panathinaikos Athens last week.

With national leagues taking a break this week, Partizan will travel to Greece to face Olympiacos Piraeus in the EuroLeague on Thursday. The Serbian national team will battle against Great Britain and Turkey on November 11th and 14th respectively.

Meanwhile, the Israeli national team will square off against Slovenia and Sweden in hopes of advancing to the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
