The 2023 FIBA World Cup European Qualifiers Second Round consists of four groups. From each group, the top three teams will qualify for the main tournament.
So far, only Finland has secured a spot in the main tournament, while the Netherlands is the lone team with no chance of going through.

However, at the moment, even Estonia has a chance of qualifying.
