With December 15th just a month away, NBA teams are beginning to form talks and look into possible trade scenarios for their respective rosters.

After signing with a club in free agency, NBA players are not allowed to be traded for three months or until December 15th, whichever is later. Close to a hundred players open on this date each, and teams try to take advantage of the opportunity right away.

According to Shams Charania from The Athletic, the Atlanta Hawks are holding discussions about potentially moving John Collins.

After agreeing to a five-year $125 million contract last year, Collins is involved in trade talks again with Phoenix Suns seen as a possible suitor.

The forward was sidelined due to multiple hand and foot injuries last season. This year, he's been averaging 12.6 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game for the Hawks. The points average is the lowest since his rookie season in 2017-18.
