Devon Hall named Shane Larkin, Mike James, Vasilije Micic, Will Clyburn, and Shavon Shields as five toughest players to guard in the EuroLeague.

EA7 Emporio Armani Milan are currently struggling in the EuroLeague with 4 losses in the last 4 matches. The start of the year for Devon Hall hasn't been the most successful as well, making just 19.7% of his shots so far.

When the guard was asked to name several aspects where he would like to improve his game, the 27-year-old did not hide from the stats.

"Consistency shooting-wise. I think for sure it has to be better. At the start of this season, I'm not shooting well at all," he told in Backdoor Podcast. "[I have] to just shoot with confidence and continue working on my game with that. [I have to improve] decision-making coming off pick and rolls and finishing, for sure."

Separating from talk about shooting the ball, Hall was later asked to name the top-5 hardest players to defend in the EuroLeague.

"[Shane] Larkin, for sure. [Because of] his speed, he's difficult to defend. Mike James just because his shot-making ability is as difficult. [Vasilije] Micic, of course, because of his shot-making ability and his strength. [Will] Clyburn is difficult to guard too, he can post, he can shoot it, he can get to the rim. Shavon Shields is hard to guard too.," the player laughed.

The Italian club has been torn by injuries recently with Shavon Shields, Luigi Datome, Stefano Tonut, and Billy Baron all sidelined for various reasons. In the worst news out of all, Shields is not expected to play until 2023.

Olimpia Milan have recently signed Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to fill in for the small forward role in Shields and Datome's absence.
