After five years in the NBA, Nikola Mirotic is now entering his fourth season in the EuroLeague with FC Barcelona. Following a battle with an ACL injury, the Montenegrin forward has travelled with the team to Germany to play against ALBA Berlin.

Before his return, Mirotic participated in the Spanish Liga Endesa's Let's Talk show where he talked about the financial responsibility both during and after his playing career.

"I have lived in the United States for five years and I have seen how people who had nothing suddenly have millions, and as soon as they have it, everything goes away," the Barcelona superstar said.

"70% of the players are ruined. Many do not know what to do when the race is over, it seems that the world is over. They have to work and talk more about it so that the players are more aware and can prepare for it because this happens very quickly," he explained.

The Montenegrin forward later revealed that he has a hobby near his home country where he owns a farm and would like to come back to after his career is over.

"I always try to run away. I am a guy who has bought a farm, I like animals, I have some sheep, I produce cheese in Serbia," Mirotic told. "I think it's important to educate your children, not to teach what you have, what they have, or that they will have an easy life. I have been a village child and I will probably return to a village, although I have lived all my life in the best cities."
