Larkin, who started the game in which Efes lost 81-76 to Onvo Buyukcekmece, was injured at the beginning of the last quarter and could not continue. The status of the American star player will be determined after the tests.
Nine minutes and 24 seconds were left to play and Buyukcekmece were up by five (59-54), when Larkin exited the court and headed to the bench with a hump.
The 30-year-old Turkish international player remained on the court for 17 minutes and produced 7 points, 1 rebound, and 2 assists until he was injured.
Larkin will have a chance to see his first EuroLeague action of the season Friday against Zalgiris, but it remains to be seen if he will be ready to take the court.
With this result, Buyukcekmece have a 2-7 record. Anadolu Efes are at 6-3, behind Turk Telekom and Fenerbahce.
Larkin had surgery as a result of a hand injury sustained during the EuroBasket.
"It's definitely a difficult process. I wish I could give you an exact return date, but certain things have to go well. I need to do certain shoots and don't feel pain in my hand. At the end of the day, I'm working hard. As soon as my hand allows me to play painlessly, I will be back on the court,"Larkin told S Sport.
"I'm feeling fine so far. Obviously, I'm not in the same condition as in the Final Four last season. But I'm feeling good, my body feels good. I don't have too much pain outside of my hand. If I hadn't injured my shooting hand, I would probably be back on the court already.
"My right hand is the hand that made me who I am. As soon as I'm ready, I'll go out on the court and perform," the 30-year-old further commented on his condition.
Despite not being able to compete, Larkin traveled with the team to away matches and supported his teammates from the sidelines.
