The 32-year-old veteran has signed a deal with Casademont Zaragoza to play for the club until the end of the season.

"[Jovic] is a player who answers to a search for balance we need to generate offensive plays. His arrival also gives us the possibility for Marcel Ponitka to alternate between the point guard and shooting guard positions. With Jovic, we close that chapter of the creative guard that helps us play better basketball," head coach Porfirio Fisac told.

Jovic reportedly had several offers from both EuroCup and the Basketball Champions League. He had even previously admitted having been in contact with Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade.

"There was contact, but, to put it simply, we didn't agree and I wouldn't go into further detail. Of course, I wish Crvena Zvezda all the best. I see that they have some new energy with the new head coach [Dusko Ivanovic]," he said last month to Mozzart Sport.

His last club engagement was in Panathinaikos where didn't finish the season due to injury. He also played at Khimki, Bayern, Crvena Zvezda, and Radnicki Kragujevac.
