The team coached by Andreas Pistiolis was up by 18 points (49-31) in the first half and 21 (62-41) at the start of the third quarter, before the guests bounced back.

Tony Taylor caught fire in the dying minutes of regulation, and if it hadn't been for a Dee Bost layup that tied the game, Turk Telekom would have escaped Istanbul with a win.

Tony Taylor was the man who missed his team's last chance before the buzzer. In the extra time, Dylan Ennis scored eight straight points to hand Galatasaray a big victory against EuroCup Group B leaders. That was the fourth straight win for the hosts.

Goksenin Koksal scored 19 points and grabbed three rebounds for Galatasaray, while Dylan Ennis neared a triple-double with 25 points on 7/7 FT, 3/6 2PT, 4/7 3PT shooting, to go along with 10 rebounds, 9 assists, and one steal.

Angelo Caloiaro added 18 points and 5 rebounds, Dee Bost 15 points, and 5 assists, and Tyrus McGee 12 points. Sadik Emir Kabaca concluded the players who scored in double digits with 11 points.

Tony Taylor led Erdem Can's squad with 22 points; Jerian Grant had 23 points and 6 assists, Axel Bouteille tallied 18 points and 3 dimes, Tyrique Jones 14 points and 12 rebounds. Nate Sestina came forward with 6 points and 8 boards, while Erkan Yilmaz contributed 16 points.

"This is a team effort," Dylan Ennis stressed after the game.

"Turk Telekom is a tough team. They're having a great year in Europe and the Turkish league. We fought to the end. It's not just one person's victory. It was a Galatasaray win.

Galatasaray fans are the best I'vev ever seen in my life. They supported us throughout the whole game. I am grateful for their support," the Canadian guard said.
