Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv have been forced to do without one of their leaders throughout the majority of the month of December. However, Tomer Givati from Israel Hayom reports that it is expected for Baldwin to return next week when the Israeli team faces off against Real Madrid.
With the American guard absent, Maccabi captured their first two road wins in the EuroLeague first against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, then against ALBA Berlin.
Before Baldwin was sidelined due to a muscle strain, he averaged 15 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for 14.7 PIR.
This week, Maccabi welcome the reigning EuroLeague champions Anadolu Efes Istanbul with Shane Larkin expected to make his debut this season.
