Wolters sprained his right ankle during the first minutes of the third quarter and spent the rest of the match on the bench.
Although it was initially feared that he could miss more time once again, the guard logged in partial participation in both yesterday's and today's team practices, showing positive signs of his possible appearance in the derby.
However, the club still notes that the decision about Wolters' will be made just before the game. Head coach Dejan Radonjic told the media that all other players were fine and should play.
Designated as the main point guard of the roster, Wolters has been averaging 9.1 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game for 9.4 PIR in the EuroLeague.
On the other side of the court, Olympiacos will play without Sasha Vezenkov as the superstar forward is still suffering from a groin injury.
Olympiacos will play against Panathinaikos Athens on Friday at 20:00 CET.
