Luca Baraldi reiterated Sergio Scariolo's words after the 83-75 win at Palau Blaugrana.

"I hoped we were going to strengthen the roster, but I don't think it is going to happen," Scariolo said post-game, via Emiliano Carchia of Sportando.

"There will not be any move," Baraldi confirmed, per Sportando. "We have received requests for some of our players, but we have refused them, and we will not even sign any new player, because we believe that we have an equipped roster to achieve our season goals."

Virtus tried to finalize the deal to bring Anadolu Efes forward Achille Polonara back to Italy.

Bologna won its fourth EuroLeague game from the last five on Thursday night after beating FC Barcelona. The team improved to 8-9 and is now tied for 11th place in the EuroLeague standings.
