"The team around the big three Steph [Curry], Draymond [Green], and… Well, you guys are incredible. I mean, you add up to 72 feet? They're amazing. I swear to God you're incredible," Biden said in his speech.
"The Golden State Warriors are always welcome in this White House," Biden continued.
He also honored Curry as "one of the great sportsmen of our time."
Biden continued by saying that the Warriors "reflect America" with their style of play, showcasing "constant motion, with individual freedom and personality that comes together as one team, a team that plays with joy, with drive to be their best."
Curry and Golden State defeated Boston to claim their fourth title in eight years. An invitation to the White House was withdrawn by then-President Donald Trump in 2017 after Curry said he wouldn't attend if asked.
"It's something we don't ever take for granted. Seven years ago, we were here last celebrating our first championship," Curry said.
"Now we're back here celebrating our fourth. To have this opportunity to reflect on this accomplishment last year, to bring everybody together to celebrate that, and to also acknowledge that sports bring people together from all walks of life, and backgrounds to provide inspiration, love, and togetherness.
That's what our journey was last year. To have the opportunity to celebrate that means a lot to us."
Curry thanked Biden and his staff for bringing WNBA All-Star Brittney Griner back to the U.S. from Russian captivity.
"It means a lot to know that she's here and home safe with her family," Curry said.
Last year, the Bucks became the first reigning NBA champions to visit the White House in five years.
Kerr said this trip felt special since it lined up with Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, when the Warriors beat the Wizards 127-118.
