Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with Real Betis for the transfer of the point guard Shannon Evans, per the official press release.

A 28-year-old 1.85 m guard signed with Valencia Basket until 2024.

Evans led the Spanish league in points, efficiency rating, and steals.

He averaged 21.0 points with 36.3% in triples, 2.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.9 steals to be the most valuable player in the competition (21.4 EFF).

In his first season in Spain, 2021-22, he led the ACB in assists (6.8) and was chosen in the Second Best Five of the competition.
