After playing in 14 of the first 16 team's games, Ibaka has since played in just two of them - December 17th against the Utah Jazz and January 1st against the Washington Wizards. He was either inactive or didn't play even though he was registered on the roster.
Since his last match, Ibaka has been sidelined due to 'personal reasons'. Charania reports that the two parties had multiple conversations, which resulted in both the player and the franchise agreeing to part ways.
After signing a veteran minimum deal with the Bucks last summer, Ibaka has been averaging 4.1 points and 2.8 rebounds per game this season.
