LeBron James jabs at referees again after the game against the Knicks / News - Basketnews.com

LeBron James said that, contrary to the game in Boston, the match against the Knicks was decided by the players and not by the referees.

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the New York Knicks in overtime last night. LeBron James led the team in scoring with 28 points and helped get a bounce-back win. After the game, the superstar forward decided to once again take a jab at refereeing in the NBA.

"The difference between here and Boston is obviously self-explanatory, I mean," James told during the post-game press conference. "We were up six, we had an opportunity to kind of make some plays but they made plays. Jalen Brunson took a charge, we got a stop."

"The game was decided by the players. In Boston, the game was decided by the refs. It was more demoralizing. We tried to but what happened in Boston was what happened. Tonight the game was decided in the regulation by the players. Two good defensive stops, Jalen Brunson stepping over AD, and then AD locking down defensively, I'm giving a little help. The game was decided by the players," LeBron explained.

The refereesmissed a foul callonJayson Tatumagainst JamesSaturday night that would've changed the outcome of the game. The episode provoked an outcry among the league's fans and players, causing the NBA Referees Union to publicly apologize.

The NBA has sincereleased the Two-minute Reportwhere the league admits that the non-call was incorrect.

Patrick Beverley received a technical foul in a funny episode where he brought a camera to the court and showed one of the referees that LeBron was fouled during the play.
