In a game filled with controversy, Olympiacos Piraeus easily defeated Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul away from home. The Greek team dominated from the very beginning and comfortably took the victory.

Talking with a Greek sports news outlet SDNA, Fenerbahce's head coach Dimitris Itoudis admitted that they played against one the best, if not the best teams in the league.

"Olympiacos is one of the best teams in the Euroleague. I don't know if they're the best because the best are those who win the trophy. They've been solid, building something over the last three years with the proper chemistry, stability, and good management. Obviously, they have very good coaching from Georgios Bartzokas and his staff," Itoudis explained the reasons Olympiacos are successful.

"They beat us easily in both games. They are a team that moves the ball well, has hustle, going for all the possessions. They also have offensive solutions, which give them the urge to play better defense when they score, but they're also a very well-designed team that plays beautiful basketball," the coach said.

Fenerbahce started the EuroLeague season with a dominant record of nine-and-one. The team now has 13 wins and 9 losses in its account, sharing 4th place in the standings with AS Monaco.

With Kostas Antetokounmpo signing with the team recently, Itoudis is not thinking about any additions to the current roster.

"Right now, I'm not thinking about anything like that," he told.
