After missing several players in the game against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on Tuesday, Olympiacos Piraeus will once again have to compete with a depleted roster.

Kostas Sloukas will be sidelined once again. Additionally, Alec Peters and George Pappas will miss the game against Anadolu Efes Istanbul as well.

Sloukas suffered a hematoma of the quadratus lumborum muscle in the spine last week and didn't finish the game against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv. Meanwhile, Peters is dealing with a minor leg injury, which forced him to miss the last game as well.

With just over 4 minutes left in the second quarter against Maccabi, Sloukas drove to the basket during a fast break when he was stopped byJarrell Martinin the paint. Although a defensive foul was called, the guard fell awkwardly on his back during the play.

A minute later, the star guard asked to be substituted as he couldn't continue playing at full strength.Olympiacos went on to win the game.

With 15 wins and 7 losses, the Greek team is currently at the top of the EuroLeague standings.
