Nando de Colo has overtaken Nikos Galis as the all-time leading scorer in European Cups. The guard made a three-pointer at the beginning of the game against Virtus, and scored his 4905th point in his international club career.

Galis previously held the record for more than 28 years. The Greek legend had scored 4,904 points in his European Cups career, with his last points coming against Budivelnik Kyiv on October 6th, 1994 in the FIBA European League, which is the predecessor to the current EuroLeague.
De Colo scored his first points came on November 20th, 2007 when he played for Cholet Basket. The 20-year-old made a jump shot in the FIBA EuroCup Qualifiers match and ended the game with 21 points in his account.
The veteran guard is also the all-time EuroLeague leader in PIR, first in free-throw percentage, third all-time in points, and 6th in steals.
