Josh Hart is heading to the Knicks from the Portland Trail Blazers. In return, the Trail Blazers are getting Cam Reddish, Ryan Arcidiacono, Svi Mykhailiuk, and a protected 2023 first-round pick.

The pick is lottery-protected. If it's not conveyed this year, it turns into four future second-round picks.

Hart is averaging 9.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game on 50.4% shooting while playing a career-high 33.4 minutes per game.

The new Knicks guard will be reuniting with his college teammate Jalen Brunson in New York. The two played in Villanova in the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons. Brunson's no. 1 jersey was retired by the college last night.
