Zion injured his hamstring on January 2nd against the Philadelphia 76ers. The forwardgrabbed a defensive rebound with 37 seconds to go in the third quarter and dribbled the ball down the court. As he crossed the half-court line and went closer to the three-point line, Zion started limping before handing the ball toDyson Daniels.
The player went to the locker room and did not finish the game.
Williamson averages 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 4.6 assists for the Pelicans this season.
