While the basketball fans are waiting for the matches to begin, the coaches and general managers of the teams that did not get the chance to compete in Badalona have provided their opinion on which teams should succeed.
The official Liga Endesa (ACB) website performed a survey where the operatives revealed their favorites in the tourney.
First, the quarterfinal winner guesses came in. Real Madrid and FC Barcelona overwhelmingly won the vote despite Real battling against fellow EuroLeague squad Valencia Basket.
The third quarterfinal between Lenovo Tenerife and Gran Canaria had the smallest separation between percentages as 63% of respondents predicted Tenerife advancing to the semifinal round. Additionally, 63% of all coaches and managers think that the game will be decided by a margin of 1 to 6 points.
They will face off against Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz there, the majority predicts.

Valencia Basket 5.26% - 94.74% Real Madrid Unicaja 15.79% - 84.21% FC Barcelona Gran Canaria 36.84% - 63.16% Levono Tenerife Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz 84.21% - 15.79% Joventut BadalonaIn this scenario, Barcelona would play against Real Madrid in the first semifinal while Tenerife would compete against Baskonia in the other.

52.63% of all respondents picked Real Madrid to win it all. Baskonia was second with 26.32% while Barca, which is currently tied for first place in the ACB, was third with just 15.79% of all votes.
